Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (SNPMB) adalah mekanisme penerimaan mahasiswa baru di lingkup perguruan tinggi negeri (PTN) pada program studi (prodi) D3, D4 (sarjana terapan), dan S1. SNPMB terbagi atas Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Prestasi (SNBP) dan Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes (SNBT).
Dikutip dari laman resminya, SNPMB jalur SNBP diharapkan dapat membantu kampus untuk memperoleh calon mahasiswa berdasarkan prestasi akademik atau akademik dan prestasi lainnya.
Sementara itu, SNPMB jalur SNBT juga diharapkan membantu kampus untuk memperoleh calon mahasiswa berdasarkan hasil UTBK saja atau UTBK dan kriteria lain yang ditetapkan bersama oleh PTN.
Kegiatan sosialisai dan Promosi Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (SNPMB) Tahun 2023 di Politeknik Negeri Fakfak, yang di hadiri oleh Siswa/i SMA/MA/SMK se Kab. Fakfak.
Pada kesempatan ini Polinef menghadirkan Narasumber dari PEMDA Fakfak (Bpk. Widi Asmoro Jati,ST,MT), yang sekaligus memberikan motivasi dan dorongan kepada adik2 Siswa/i SMA/MA/SMK di Kab. Fakfak.
